Consultations are performed for the evaluation of suspected heart disease in children with heart murmurs, arrhythmias, fainting episodes, palpitations, irregular heart beats, chest pain, as well as sport physicals. In addition, patients with established congenital heart disease are provided care. We also provide second opinions and specialize in the care of adults with congenital heart disease.
 We offer interpretation of electrocardiograms, 24 hour EKGs (Holter monitor), event recorders, pacemaker interrogation, echocardiograms and intraoperative echocardiograms (TEE). We offer fetal echocardiography for prenatal heart assessment. We also perform treadmill and bicycle exercise with measurement of oxygen consumption. Diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterizations are performed in a digital state of the art biplane catheterization laboratory. |

Our inpatient cardiology service provides care for all patients who require hospitalization.
Pre and postoperative management is emphasized. Our "on call" pediatric cardiologist is available 24 hours a day seven days a week.
